Keyless access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an access code from us, which is valid for the duration of your stay. You do not need a key for your apartment. Your apartment is ready for occupancy at any time from 15:00.
Intermediate cleaning:
Price for intermediate cleaning: € 50,- per cleaning (only possible if booked in advance) incl. Towel change
Check In & Check Out:
Check-In: from 15:00
Check-Out: until 10:00 am
Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, your vacation apartment is at your disposal until 10:00 am.
Late Check Out:
Subject to availability, we are happy to offer you a late check-out.
Surcharge apartment Magdalena: € 66,-
Surcharge apartment Johanna: € 99,-
This means that your vacation apartment is available to you until 7 pm on the day of departure.
Down payment:
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of 20% of the total price. The deposit must be transferred to the following bank account within one week of booking:

Cancellation fee:
Bookings can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Thereafter, the following cancellation fees apply:
up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge
20 days to 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price
from 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total amount
Pets:
Pets are not allowed
Smoking & open fire:
Smoking and open fires are not permitted inside the Weinstöckl.
